Door Dance Wave: dancing your way to new friendships in your neighbourhood and beyond. In collaboration with Digital Curator Dr Dominic Smith and dancers from dance company Fertile Ground, Helix Arts worked with residents of Walker in Newcastle and Building Futures East to create a simple dance piece that can be copied, performed and altered by people across different generations and backgrounds.
The brief was to create a fun, colourful identity for the project, and to produce a poster and flyer to promote the public event and get as many people as possible to join in the Door Dance Wave!
